ARC's executive leadership team brings a wealth of experience from inside and outside the travel and technology industries. Our team works to provide leadership and innovation to a market-driven and customer-focused environment.

Mike Premo
President and CEO

As President and CEO, Mike Premo plans and leads the execution of ARC's overall corporate strategy. With the help of his Executive Team, he also oversees the company's operations in support of revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Premo became ARC's President and CEO in June 2011 after serving as the company's Vice President of Business Development, where he managed and guided relationships with all ARC customer groups, including travel agents, Corporate Travel Departments (CTD), carriers, and third parties. In addition, Mr. Premo was responsible for growing ARC's sales program in support of the company's broad range of products and services.

Before joining ARC in 2006, Mr. Premo served as Senior Vice President - Global Network for TQ3 Travel Solutions, as well as holding senior executive positions at Navigant International, TQ3's parent company. He also served as President and CEO of SatoTravel from 1990-1999. Having grown up in Minnesota, Mr. Premo began his industry career at Northwest Airlines after which he first entered the agency business at Gelco Travel. He and his family live in Northern Virginia.

Kathleen O. Argiropoulos
Vice President and General Counsel

Kathleen O. Argiropoulos, who came to ARC in 1985, has spent virtually her whole legal career in the aviation industry. In her role as ARC’s VP and General Counsel, Ms. Argiropoulos advises the company’s shareholders, directors, committees, and employees on legal matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, contracts, corporate, and data sharing. She is also responsible for ARC's culture change work.

Ms. Argiropoulos is a bar member of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the D. C. Court of Appeals, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the D. C. Circuit, and the U. S. Supreme Court. She is also a member of the American Bar Association (Air and Space Law Forum, Antitrust and Business Law Sections) and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Ms. Argiropoulos has served as a director of the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association ("WMACCA"), and was its president in 1990. In 2011, Virginia Lawyers Media named Ms. Argiropoulos to its 2011 list of “Influential Women of Virginia.”

Thomas F. Casalino
Vice President - Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Casalino is responsible for strategic leadership of ARC's financial activities, including monitoring and accounting of the company's own financial performance. He ensures that the company meets its financial and liquidity requirements, manages financial settlements with travel agencies and carriers, and oversees ARC's office services.

Before joining ARC in 2008, Casalino served as Vice President and Regional Director for CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services, providing consulting services in risk management, internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for a diverse set of clients. Tom also held executive and senior financial management positions at Circuit City, Capital One, and Shawmut Bank subsequent to his formative experience at Ernst & Young.

Casalino holds a Bachelors degree from the College of the Holy Cross and achieved Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor designations.

Leslie Bauer
Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

In her capacity as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Leslie Bauer oversees the company's Enterprise Risk Management Program and advises the CEO and Board of Directors on overall corporate governance and best practices in business risk management. Ms. Bauer, who joined ARC in 2010, ensures that the company possesses a framework that mitigates risks and strengthens ARC's risk-aware culture.

Prior to joining ARC, Ms. Bauer served at various organizations including Watson Wyatt, a consulting services firm, where she served as a chief audit executive; The Washington Post Company, a $4 billion media and education company, where she was Director of Internal Audit; and Fleet Street Publishing, a privately held publisher of special interest magazines, where she served as Controller.

Ms. Bauer is a CPA with a BS in industrial management from Purdue University.

Randy Black
Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Randy Black, Vice President and CIO, is responsible for the architecture and operations of the Information Systems in place at ARC, as well as the strategic vision for the IS environment.

Randy joined ARC in 1996 and has more than twenty-four years experience in IT management, most of his career spent in the travel industry. Randy has a degree in Computer Science and is a regular speaker at technology conferences.

Prior to joining ARC, Randy held a variety of management roles at National Processing Company, Humana, Inc, and General Electric.

Mike Gilliland
Vice President - Human Resources

Mike Gilliland's responsibilities encompass employment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and Organizational Development for more than 400 employees at all ARC locations. Since joining ARC in 1998, Gilliland has managed rapid growth in ARC's employee base, and led the transformation of its talents, skills, and experience to deliver secure, electronic settlement and information services.

Gilliland joins ARC from Avery Dennison Corporation. He is a 25-year Human Resources veteran with broad experience in manufacturing companies offering business-to-business information products and services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lynchburg College.

Mark Meader
Vice President - Business Development

In his position of VP, Business Development, Mark Meader is responsible for leading ARC's development and marketing of products that provide value and solve business problems for the company's customers.

Mr. Meader came to ARC in June 2011 after accumulating more than 20 years of experience at Sabre Holdings and its pre-spinoff parent American Airlines. His early work at Sabre began in account management and analyst roles, and he advanced to Vice President, Product Marketing for Sabre's core services. Mr. Meader later led regional business development efforts for Sabre in the Asia-Pacific region, again as Vice President, Product Marketing, based in Sydney, Australia and again in Europe while based in Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Meader, an avid traveler with a passion for history and experiencing diverse cultures, lives in Washington, D.C.

Lauri Reishus
Vice President - Operations

As Vice President - Operations, Lauri Reishus is responsible for a wide range of revenue-generating products and business management solutions for travel agents, Corporate Travel Departments (CTD), and other travel suppliers.

Ms. Reishus spent 16 years with TQ3 Navigant prior to joining ARC in 2005. She last held the position of Vice President - Account Management with responsibility for the firm's largest multi-national clients. An innovative and dedicated leader, she brings considerable product management, call center fulfillment operations, marketing, and client service experience to her current role with ARC.

Chuck Thackston
Managing Director, Data and Analytics

As General Manager - Data and Analytics, Chuck Thackston is responsible for the growth areas of business intelligence and analytical products that leverage the data resources and depth of experience of ARC. Reporting to CEO Mike Premo, Mr. Thackston is also a member of the ARC Executive Board.

Mr. Thackston brings more than 20 years of technology experience to ARC and was most recently at Worldspan where he held several roles in the Product Development and Marketing areas. Prior to Worldspan, Mr. Thackston worked in the Healthcare, Airline, and Technology Services industries with experience at Sabre, EDS, and American Airlines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University and an Executive MBA degree from Texas Christian University.
